Online registration for the Fall 2024 Season will open at the beginning of May on our website www.ayso137.org Season start for practices will be in August and games begin in September.
All players will be placed on a waitlist until we have secured enough background-checked volunteers(coaches and referees) to form teams. Once we have secured the necessary volunteers, we will release players based on the registration date and time on the waitlist. It is important that you complete the registration through check out to be added to the waitlist. You will not be charged to be added to the waitlist. Once activated you will receive an email to go back into your account to pay the player fee of the month you were put on the waitlist(i.e. you sign up in May on the waitlist you will pay the early bird fee still TBD (even if activated in July). You will have 2 weeks from the time of activation to pay the fees before we cancel the order and activate the next player on the waitlist.

WE NEED YOUR HELP with Coaching and Referees!!!! If you are interested in volunteering to be a coach please reach out to our coach administrator April Cordero at [email protected]. If you would like to help with field set-up or are interested in becoming a board member please email [email protected]. We are looking for new volunteer board members to help run the region.
* We are still using Stack Sports for Registration. There was an update to the system and you will need to enter your email address instead of your user name and create a new password through the link sent to you email.
* After completing your volunteer form in Stack Sports, all volunteers will need to complete their background check by creating an account through the link sent to your email for the Sterling Volunteers' website and paying the reimbursable $25 fee. This fee is reimbursed once all age-appropriate certifications are verified and the reimbursement form and receipt are turned into the Treasurer or Regional Commissioner. These may be emailed to [email protected]

* IMPORTANT: We will only accept Credit Card payments through Sports Stack. CASH and CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
As we did last year, we are limiting enrollments to the number of available coaches for each division. Spots will be filled from the waitlist on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once all spots for a particular division are filled, any subsequent registrations will stay on the waitlist.
Registration Fees
You will NOT need to bring in copies of player forms we will be printing all of them this year. We will require a birth document upload this year during registration
Pricing:
$115 per player if you register on the waitlist on or before June 1st.
$140 per player if you register on the waitlist on or after June 1st based on space availability within their division.
A sibling discount still applies for each registered player after the first registered player. We are accepting credit card/debit payments ONLY.
Registration includes full uniform, base picture package with the group and individual portraits, volunteer background checks, and accidental insurance.

Refund Policy
An AYSO National Player Membership Fee of $25.00 will be deducted and is non-refundable. Refunds requested before August 15th will be refunded to the card used at registration. Each refund request form sent after August 15th will need to be submitted with a self-addressed stamped envelope for the refund to be mailed back in. The last day to accept drops is the first game of the season(late August for 16U/19U divisions or early September for 6U-14U divisions).
